Students can complete our Medical Assistant Associate Degree Program in as little as 11 months. To obtain an associate degree in science students reach the required 91 credit hours while completing their 1340 hours. National certification exams can be taken upon completion of the program with the National Healthcare Association.
Medical Assistant is a multi-skilled allied health care professional that specializes in procedures commonly performed in the ambulatory health care setting. Our students’ goals are to become professionals ready to work not only in health care services, but also as a perfect asset at any Medical Spa, Dermatology Clinic or Aesthetic Practice while also handling the latest aesthetic technology. Medical Assistant students can graduate with an Associate Degree in Science and also become certified, in Medical Assistant Dermatology, Medical Assistant Aesthetician or Medical Assistant Researcher, as part of their specialization.
